THE SEAWIND

The landscape design for Seawind exudes an exclusive resort feel in a quiet upmarket neighbourhood. Designed to coexist within a holistic environment, the landscape complements the linear site with three distinctive zones, each representing one of the three lifestyle typologies; the Urban Living Zone (SoHo), the Garden Living Zone (Condominium) and the Forest and Country Living Zone (Townhouses). A series of circular elements introduced throughout the site plays an integral part in the layout and acts as a unifying bond, yet fluid and transformative. These circles evolve in multiple forms, only differing in sizes, densities, alignment, patterns and functions.
