Oscar Chong has a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Universiti Teknologi, Malaysia, Johor Bahru. His academic experience was dedicated to understanding landscape design as a tool to remediate urban environments and a way to achieve an equilibrium between people and their environment.
