NEW CUFFE PARADE

The landscape design for New Cuffe Parade, a residential development
in Wadala, Mumbai, draws inspiration from the ancient Mogul palace garden setting, where outdoor
spaces were intricately organized as extensions of the formal axial layout. Embracing this concept, water
emerges as a vital element in activating the green spaces planned throughout the development. The
landscape features a series of gardens seamlessly integrated into the site’s layout and architecture. Some
key features of this development include grand pool gardens, inviting jacuzzi lounges, children’s pools, a
versatile party lawn, and a pedestrian plaza embellished with formal tree plantings.
