Walter H. Kehm: With over three decades of professional experience, Walter has led numerous multi-disciplinary teams of professionals on design and planning projects throughout the world. An expert in sustainable community development, parks and recreational design, waterfront regeneration and cultural and institutional campus design, Walter is recognized as an internationally renowned leader and facilitator of landscape architecture and urban design projects. His work is widely published, and he continues to be involved in community workshops and international design competitions.

A graduate of Harvard University, Walter is a founding member of the Landscape Research Group at the University of Guelph, providing faculty and students with expertise in the biophysical and social reviews. As a past professor of landscape architecture at the University of Guelph, including a term as Director of the School of Landscape Architecture, he has had a profound impact on the education of countless landscape architects in Canada and abroad.

Walter leads the visioning and growth of the firm while remaining actively involved in all project work.

Jeff Cutler: As Principal of the LANDinc. Vancouver office, Jeff leads teams of professionals throughout western Canada in design, project management, graphic representation and multi-media development projects. He is actively involved in a wide range of local and international projects including award-winning urban master plans, large institutional projects, municipal parks and prominent residential designs. Jeff’s design expertise across a variety of scales ensures the successful translation of conceptual visions into detailed environments that respect the human scale and experience.

Patrick G. Morello: As Principal of the LANDinc. Toronto office, Patrick leads a multi-disciplinary team of urban designers, architects and landscape architects on projects throughout the world. Patrick is an urban designer with international experience in design visioning, urban planning, landscape ecology, consulting and project directing. He has worked on projects in diverse cultural and geographic environments dealing with, open space planning, city and community development, institutional and corporate campus planning; and resort developments. In addition to his design and management skills, Patrick conducts professional visioning and design workshops for communities and professionals around the world.

Rob Leblanc: As Principal of the LANDinc. Halifax office, Rob leads a team of multidisciplinary professionals including graphic designers, architects, interior designers, interpretive planners and civil engineers. He is a landscape architect and planner with a special interest in urban design, landscape ecology, water resource management, waterfront planning, golf architecture and resort planning. Rob also recently led one of the two winning teams for the international design competition to restore point pleasant park and the team which won the Coast Guard Redevelopment competition in Saint John. He is involved in many projects that require the careful balance of ecological preservation and development.
