Description:
LANDinc was part of a multi-disciplinary team based in London, England to create
the EUR 1.7B Flower of the East Resort Town on Kish Island, Iran. The 2.2 square km
project includes a 7-star and two 5-star hotels with over 1,000 rooms and suites,
three residential areas, 4,700 luxury villas and apartment complexes, coffee
shops, luxury showrooms, commercial complexes, and sports facilities with a 27-hole
golf course. The project also includes a major marine facility including a marina
district, mixed use residential island, adventure playgrounds, office buildings,
leisure facilities, and spas. The development includes a dedicated shopping district
that opens out to a spectacular corniche connecting the hotel district to the
other town amenities.
